Static calculations are a common part of projects carried out by our company. Based on them, it is possible to check the static resistance and modifications of realized load-bearing structures when necessary. These calculations can also be useful for checking the load-bearing structures in case of their change in the future.

We offer a possibility to check the correctness of finished documentation by independent static calculations based on provided projects. We can draw attention to possible errors, non-compliance with the standards etc. Within this process we are able to recommend the areas of possible cost savings or offer a more suitable, alternative solution.

 

From our experience

Nadstavba bytového objektu

Pôvodný dom bol súčasťou medzivojnovej výstavby sociálnych bytových domov od arch. Belluša. Mal pôdorys tvaru H s max. rozmermi 23x25,45 m. V rámci jeho nadstavby bola realizovaná nová plochá strecha vo forme medzistropu nad jestvujúcou plochou strechou. Ide o sústavu oceľových nosníkov s plechobetónovou doskou hrúbky 110 mm, ktorá je na niektorých úsekoch spriahnutá s nosníkmi pomocou systému Hilti. Zvyšné dva stropy nadstavby sú realizované obdobne. Nie sú však spriahnuté a hrúbka plechodosky je 100 mm.
